Commercial Solicitor — Private Practice

A well-established and growing regional law firm in Thames Valley is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (3–5 years' PQE) to join its expanding commercial team. The role will involve a wide variety of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on related business issues. Responsibilities will also include preparing tailored agreements and licences, advising on intellectual property, technology and data protection issues, and providing support on corporate matters where required. The team also maintains a strong interest in emerging technologies and regulatory developments, including developments in artificial intelligence.
