Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to recruit a real estate Associate to join its busy and highly regarded London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients – from major developers and institutional investors to retailers and occupiers – on a broad spectrum of commercial property work. The role involves advising on acquisitions and disposals (including sale and leasebacks), complex development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and investment transactions. You\’ll also play a key role in coordinating with other practice areas, such as Corporate, Banking, and Construction, on multi-disciplinary deals. The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified with 2 to 4 years\’ PQE gained in a well-regarded UK real estate practice. Strong experience in commercial property and landlord and tenant matters is essential. You\’ll also need to be proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable supervising more junior Lawyers on day-to-day matters.
