Jameson Legal is instructed on a new Commercial Litigation role at the 4-6 PQE level with our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm, which advises an impressive client base ranging from startups and private investors to global corporations, household names and family offices. The Commercial Litigation group advises clients across sectors including media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial services, entertainment and retail. You will manage a varied caseload of disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder and fraud-related matters, while also supporting larger litigation and arbitration cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting legal research and delivering strategic advice
  • Drafting correspondence, pleadings, evidence, and applications
  • Liaising with counsel, experts, and clients
  • Attending client meetings, mediations, and hearings
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

You will be confident managing matters independently, while working collaboratively within a team. You should demonstrate strong drafting and communication skills, commercial judgment, adaptability and a proactive approach to client service and case strategy.
