Job Description
Our client is a highly regarded London law firm with a strong reputation for its disputes practice. There is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join the firm's Legal 500-ranked Commercial Disputes team.
Renowned for its expertise in complex, high-value litigation, the team advises on a wide range of contentious matters for corporates, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. The practice regularly handles disputes involving breach of contract, shareholder and partnership issues, fraud and asset recovery, professional negligence, and cross-border litigation. The team is also experienced in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution across multiple sectors, including financial services, real estate, energy, media, and professional services.
Interested candidates should be England & Wales qualified and have 2-3 years of PQE in commercial litigation, gained at a well-regarded UK or international firm. Strong technical ability, excellent drafting skills, and the confidence to take responsibility on complex matters will be highly regarded.
