Our City firm client is looking for a Commercial, Technology and Outsourcing associate (2-5 PQE). The ideal candidate will be an excellent technical solicitor, with a commercial approach to negotiations and resolving issues.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of work, but your primary role will be leading and supporting on commercial contracts, outsourcing (eg. BPO, IT) and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing, systems development/integration and digital transformation). You will work across a number of sectors, with a particular focus on contracts and negotiations in the context of the retail & consumer, TMT, business support services and fintech.
