Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Handler to manage complaints, handle claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely and accurate solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of legal and insurance processes and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

The Role:
- Assess and manage a caseload of claims, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution within deadlines.

To Qualify:
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in claims handling, ideally within a law firm or insurance environment.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
