This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level Associate, ideally 2020 qualification or earlier, to work closely with Partners on a broad range of high-value and sophisticated real estate transactions.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of corporate Lawyers in London with deep real estate expertise, working alongside the firm's broader global capabilities to advise leading international clients. The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to work on headline, cross-border transactions at the intersection of corporate and real estate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
- Acquisitions and disposals of real estate and real estate-holding structures
- Capital solutions and complex M&A transactions involving real estate
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Collaborating with Real Estate, Tax, Finance and Private Equity teams to deliver integrated solutions.
The suitable candidate will have:
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong transactional real estate experience, or experience in a related discipline
- Experience at a leading international law firm
- A track record of working on complex, high-value transactions.
