Our client's Capital Markets team is consistently recognised as a leading adviser on Capital Markets transactions globally. The team has advised on some of the largest and most complex offerings worldwide and is one of the few major law firms in London which offers a fully integrated transatlantic platform. The London office works closely with the market-leading US practice, alongside English, French and German qualified Lawyers, enabling them to deliver seamless cross-border advice on high yield and leveraged loan transactions. This integrated structure has allowed the firm to act on some of the most high-profile Capital Markets deals in the market.
The suitable candidate will be a US qualified Capital Markets Associate, with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on Equity Capital Markets. You will advise on complex, cross-border ECM transactions, while working closely with colleagues across DCM, Banking and M&A.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on ECM transactions, including IPOs, placings, rights issues and other equity offerings
- Supporting complex equity financings alongside the DCM, Banking and M&A teams
- Providing guidance on regulatory compliance, governance, and market practice
- Collaborating with cross-border teams to ensure excellent client service throughout transactions.
In addition to having between 2-4 years' post qualification experience, candidates will have a strong academic background.
