Our client's Real Estate practice advises on high-profile Commercial Property transactions worldwide. The team acts for major property companies, institutional investors, banks, hotel groups, public sector bodies and corporate occupiers.

You will be part of a long-established and highly regarded London Real Estate team which advises on investment acquisitions and disposals, financings and refinancings, development projects (including planning and environmental matters), sale and leasebacks, complex structuring and ongoing commercial property management.

The practice is looking for an Associate with between 3-5 years' experience to join. The role offers a supportive, collaborative environment, with early responsibility, strong professional development and exposure to market-leading transactions.

The suitable candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Commercial Real Estate experience, including acquisitions and disposals, asset management and ideally development.
  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Experience advising corporate clients on complex landlord and tenant and investment matters.
  • Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
  • A strong academic background.
