This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced IP/Commercial Paralegal to join an international brand to be based in their London office. This is a role with a heavy focus on IP/Brand Protection and has the exciting prospect of international travel all around the world, including very exotic locations!
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in a similar role, but crucially they must be highly confident in their own ability in terms of drafting. Working with a small group of senior executives including the founder (a well-known name), the role will encompass various paralegal and administrative tasks, but will primarily involve a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work principally in the IP field with some Commercial work, drafting brand agreements, and liaising with external counsel on a regular basis.
Although career progression is not possible in the short to mid-term, our client may be open to discussion in due course. As such, the salary offering for this exciting new role will be highly lucrative.
This role will require 5 days a week attendance in the London office, and so only applicants who are willing and able to commute on a daily basis can be considered. Also, it is essential that applicants are able and willing to travel internationally at (potentially) short notice.
Please send your CV in confidence to Jeremy Stamps.
