A successful, growing legal software consultancy in London has an opportunity for an implementation project manager (UK and APAC customers) to join on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to manage implementation projects in a customer-facing environment and support continuous improvement of project methodologies.

Main duties:

  • Managing project resources, schedules and budgets.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle including planning, governance and closure.
  • Coordinating stakeholders and technical consultants.
  • Identifying risks, escalating early and maintaining customer confidence.
  • Challenging unrealistic expectations and overseeing changes.
  • Leading project meetings and providing status reporting.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with UK and APAC customers.

Skills and experience required:
