Qualified High Yield Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London practice.This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a market-leading high yield platform, advising sponsors, investment banks, corporates and alternative capital providers on some of the most sophisticated cross-border financing transactions in the market. The team is consistently involved in complex international mandates spanning high-yield bond offerings, leveraged financings, liability management exercises and broader capital markets transactions.This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a market-leading leveraged finance platform. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, technically excellent and enjoy working within lean, collaborative deal teams on fast-paced cross-border matters.
