An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a bright, motivated Lawyer with early-stage experience in derivatives and structured finance to join a leading international practice in London renowned for its sophisticated work and exceptional client base.
This team sits at the heart of major financial markets, advising global institutions, investment funds, and corporates on high-value, technically complex transactions across the full spectrum of derivatives and structured products.
Working as part of a highly integrated finance group, you will advise on OTC derivatives, exchange-traded products, structured notes, securities financing transactions, and bespoke financing structures. The role also offers exposure to margin loans, total return swaps, strategic equity transactions, repo and stock-lending arrangements, and trading infrastructure documentation - together with cross-practice collaboration in areas such as securitisation, structured credit, and energy/project-linked financings.
You will be trusted with early responsibility: supporting and leading negotiations under supervision, drafting discrete advice for clients, and developing direct client relationships. The successful candidate will bring strong academics, demonstrable derivatives exposure, and ideally some broader finance experience. You will be proactive, commercially astute, and eager to contribute to the ongoing growth of a thriving practice.
This is a superb platform for a junior finance Lawyer seeking top-tier work, close mentorship, and a clear trajectory within a team known for its excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to professional development.
