Jameson Legal are currently working on behalf of an impressive entrepreneurial London law firm looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor from NQ through to around 4 years’ PQE into its growing corporate team. This is a strong opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer looking for broader exposure, better quality client contact and a more commercial environment than many traditional larger firms can offer at this level.

The team advises a high-quality client base of founders, SMEs, scale-ups and investor-backed businesses across technology, fintech, media, retail and other fast-growth sectors. The work will include:

  • M&A transactions
  • Venture capital investments
  • Seed and Series A funding rounds
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Corporate restructures
  • EMI schemes and share incentives
  • Founder and investor arrangements
  • General corporate advisory work

The successful candidate will ideally have experience gained within a City, West End, boutique or well-regarded regional commercial firm and should be comfortable handling corporate matters within a client-facing environment.
