Our City firm client is looking for a Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its award-winning team in London. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge projects for an exciting mix of global clients.
You will advise on a broad range of Commercial and Technology matters, including:
- Complex commercial contracts
- Technology agreements (cloud, systems development, digital transformation)
- Advertising and marketing work
- Adtech and adtech data matters
- IT, BPO and logistics outsourcing
- Data protection and technology regulation, including emerging issues such as AI.
You will work with a diverse client base including:
- Major global technology and digital companies
- Technology suppliers and fintech businesses
- Leading retail and consumer brands
- Media organisations
- Major insurers and brokers
- Innovative scale-ups and start-ups.
You will have:
- 2-4 years' PQE in commercial contracts, technology or outsourcing
- A strong technical foundation and a commercial approach to negotiations
- Experience or interest in areas such as adtech, advertising, data protection or technology regulation
- The ability to build trusted client relationships
- A collaborative approach and interest in business development.
