Commercial/Property Litigation Lawyer in City of London

We have confidential instructions on a new Commercial and Property Litigation-focused role in London. Our client law firm is a City-based practice with defined strengths in a number of areas, including Litigation. Whilst other Lawyers in the firm have some commercial and property litigation experience, the practice is seeking a specialist Litigation Lawyer at experienced Associate/Senior Associate level or above.

The role will cover all aspects of commercial litigation, including general contractual and corporate disputes, together with all aspects of property litigation work, including purely by way of example, possession matters, lease renewals, rent arrears, and dilapidations, amongst others.

The law firm is a boutique-sized practice and career prospects are good.

We are seeking a Lawyer with ideally between six and twelve years' PQE. You are likely to have good experience in a London or respected regional law firm and should have good technical skills and an enthusiasm for business development.

The firm pays a London salary and this is dependent on experience. Chargeable hours are low for a London firm.

Please note the firm requires a minimum of four days per week in the office.
