The Commercial Litigation group advises clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, including media, technology, telecommunications, private capital, property, financial advisory and investment, entertainment and retail. The team handles a broad spectrum of complex and high-value disputes, providing strategic and commercially focused advice throughout all stages of litigation and arbitration proceedings.

The successful candidate will have experience managing smaller matters independently, while contributing effectively as part of a wider team on larger and more complex disputes. This role offers direct exposure to Partners and Senior Lawyers, as well as meaningful client contact and responsibility from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including: Breach of contract claims, Company and shareholder disputes, Fraud-related claims
  • Conducting legal research and providing strategic, commercially-focussed advice
  • Drafting inter-partes correspondence, witness evidence, pleadings and interim applications
  • Liaising with counsel, experts and other stakeholders throughout proceedings
  • Supporting senior team members on large-scale litigation and arbitration matters
  • Co-managing client relationships and handling day-to-day communications
  • Attending client meetings, mediations, and court hearings
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives and business development activities across the firm's sectors.
