We have been instructed on an exceptional opportunity for a specialist aviation finance Lawyer to work closely with a market leading, directory-ranked Partner for an assignment of 3-6 months in London. The team advises a blue-chip client base across the full spectrum of aviation finance, including complex structured deals and fleet-level transactions. The successful individual can expect to be involved in matters such as operating and finance leasing, secured and unsecured financings, export credit backed transactions, tax-based leasing structures, and fleet procurement work.
The role will suit individuals who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- At least upwards of 2 years' PQE gained within noteworthy aviation finance teams
- A strong attention to detail
- Ability to start a new role immediately or at short notice
- Capacity to commit to an assignment of 3-6 months in duration
Whilst the firm is based in London, the successful individual can work remotely across England, Wales and Scotland if desired, or London office presence can be accommodated. A competitive daily rate inside IR35 is on offer.
