The team advises private equity sponsors, credit funds and institutional investors on complex domestic and cross-border REF transactions. Working alongside leading Partners, you will advise on high-profile, cross-border transactions for some of the world's most sophisticated investors. The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years' PQE from a leading City, US or international firm. Strong experience in REF, acting for lenders, borrowers or sponsors. Excellent technical skills, commercial judgement and a keen interest in complex transactions.
