Employment Associate (5 PQE) London

Our City client's Employment team, which acts for employers and senior executives in equal measure, advising clients across financial services, media, technology, fashion, sport and the charity sector is now looking for an Employment Associate with 5 years' PQE to join in London. The role offers a broad mix of contentious, non-contentious and transactional employment work, advising both employers and senior executives. You will enjoy significant client exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to work on high-quality matters across a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Advising employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment law issues. Handling contentious, non-contentious and corporate support matters. Managing your own caseload and delivering timely, commercial advice. Supporting Employment Tribunal and wider litigation matters. Working closely with colleagues across practice areas on multidisciplinary matters. Supervising trainees, paralegals and support staff. Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives.
