The practice advises companies, boards, sponsors, creditors and investors on complex cross-border restructurings, insolvency-related disputes, special situations and private capital transactions. Associates work closely with teams across M&A, Private Equity, Finance, Capital Markets and Disputes on high-profile international matters.
