One of the most respected law firms in the UK are looking for a highly capable and educated Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to join their London office.
The role will involve supporting the team with M&A transactions, company formations, commercial contracts, and preparing legal documents and reports.
To be considered for this role, applicants must: Have exemplary academics, including a bare minimum 2:1 LLB from a Top University and successful completion of the LPC (exceptional candidates who have completed SQE1 may be considered) Have a strong and stable career record (bare minimum 12 months continuous service at a top law firm) Have a strong Corporate/Commercial based legal background, again from a top law firm(s) Have strong organisational and communicative skills (at all levels) Excellent IT skills A great work ethic For the right candidate, career progression in the form of a training contract will be offered after 12 Months of exemplary service to the firm. *It is essential that applicants have either successfully completed the LPC or at least have completed SQE1 (see above).
