An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join the London office of an international law firm with a strong reputation in the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors.

Clients range from private equity and infrastructure funds through to major public and private companies, and the team is regularly involved in some of the highest-profile deals in these industries, working alongside colleagues across a wide international office network.

The role: You'll get broad exposure across the Corporate practice, including M&A (both domestic and international), corporate finance, private equity and venture capital work, and general corporate and commercial advisory matters, with plenty of scope to build sector expertise as you progress.

The firm invests heavily in developing its Associates, with structured training and clear routes through to Senior Associate.

What we're looking for: Solicitor qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction Roughly 3-5 years' PQE from a City, international or leading regional firm's corporate department Solid corporate transactional experience; an existing interest in energy, infrastructure or transport is helpful but not a must Ability to work with a good degree of autonomy A practical, flexible approach and a genuine focus on client service Why apply?: This is a chance to work on complex, cross-border transactions within a firm that takes career development seriously, offers a collaborative and inclusive culture, and backs flexible working arrangements.

A strong benefits and wellbeing package is included.
