Contentious Insolvency & Commercial Litigation, 3-5 PQE in City of London, England, London

We are working on an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Dispute Resolution team in London, highly ranked by leading legal directories and advising private, commercial and sovereign clients. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners on contentious insolvency and commercial litigation, including: Civil fraud, injunctive relief, partnership/shareholder disputes, breach of contract and professional negligence Advising office holders, directors, lenders and other stakeholders on insolvency and restructuring matters Insolvency litigation, including winding-up and bankruptcy petitions, breach of duty, transactions at undervalue, preferences and misfeasance Managing and mentoring junior team members. Ideal candidate: Qualified solicitor with 3 years' PQE Predominantly contentious insolvency experience, with some commercial litigation experience Restructuring experience desirable, but not essential Strong academic background and excellent client/team management skills.
