Our client is a leading claimant-side disputes boutique seeking to hire an ambitious competition litigator to join its growing London team. This is a rare opportunity to take on a genuinely hands-on role within a market-leading collective actions practice handling high-profile, headline-making matters against major corporates.

The team is looking for a Lawyer with the confidence and ability to take ownership of day-to-day matter conduct, lead workstreams independently, and supervise more junior Lawyers and business professionals. While the role is pitched at Senior Associate level, the focus is firmly on capability rather than PQE alone. Candidates with strong competition litigation experience and proven leadership potential will be of particular interest, as will those with exposure to large-scale group or collective actions.

The practice is exceptionally busy and acts on complex, high-value competition and collective redress matters, offering genuinely entrepreneurial work in a collaborative and supportive environment. Lawyers are given early responsibility, close access to senior leadership, and a clear platform for progression.

Suitable candidates are likely to demonstrate:

  • Strong competition litigation experience, ideally including collective or claimant-side disputes;
  • The ability to manage matters and drive workstreams with minimal supervision;
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior Lawyers, trainees, or paralegals;
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and organisational skills;
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach to litigation practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer seeking high-quality work, real responsibility, and a long-term platform for progression within a fast-growing specialist disputes practice.
