We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking to add a Capital Markets & Derivatives Associate (2-5 PQE) to its highly regarded London team. Working closely with a well-regarded Partner and an established practice, you will advise major financial institutions, asset managers, insurers and corporate clients on a broad range of derivatives, structured finance and capital markets transactions.
You will work on sophisticated matters spanning securitised derivatives, structured products, OTC derivatives, repos, stock lending and debt capital markets work, while gaining exposure to complex cross-border transactions and a diverse client base.
Candidates will have between two and five years' PQE and will have gained relevant derivatives, structured finance and/or debt capital markets experience at a leading law firm. You will combine strong technical skills with commercial judgement, enjoy working directly with clients and be keen to take on responsibility from an early stage in your career.
