We are delighted to be working with a high‑growth legal technology business that is scaling rapidly across the UK. This newly created role offers real ownership of outbound business development in a specialist market. This opportunity suits a commercially driven BDM who enjoys building pipeline from scratch and being highly visible in their market.

The role:

  • Owning outbound pipeline generation across the UK legal sector
  • Building £2m of qualified pipeline annually
  • Qualifying and handing over high‑quality opportunities to Account Executives
  • Building a strong personal network through events, referrals and partnerships
  • Helping define and refine the UK outbound sales playbook

About you:

  • Proven experience building outbound pipeline in B2B SaaS
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders through longer sales cycles
  • Commercial, organised, self‑motivated and a good networker
  • Experience selling into professional services or legal is highly desirable

Salary and commission:

  • £70,000 to £80,000 base salary
  • £110,000 to £120,000 OTE
  • Uncapped commission above plan
  • Excellent benefits package

Interview process:

The interview process is straightforward and efficient, with an initial discussion followed by interviews with senior stakeholders focused on experience, approach and fit. Candidates for this role need to have the right to work in the UK as the hiring company are unable to offer any form of visa sponsorship.
