- Advising on a broad range of business crime and investigations matters;
- Working on complex cross-border cases involving fraud, corruption and financial crime;
- Engaging with regulators, enforcement agencies and international counsel;
- Supporting on asset tracing and recovery strategies;
- Building strong client relationships on sensitive, high-value matters;
- Contributing to the development and mentoring of junior team members.
You are likely to:
- Be a Senior Associate with 5+ yearsβ PQE in business crime, investigations or related disputes work;
- Have experience in complex, high-value and often international matters;
- Be confident handling sensitive situations and client relationships;
- Combine strong technical skills with sound commercial judgment;
