The practice is regularly instructed on sensitive, high-profile matters where the consequences are significant – often involving reputational, financial and personal risk. The team advises corporates, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals on complex, often cross-border issues. The work spans corporate investigations, fraud and financial crime, sanctions, and regulatory matters, frequently with an international dimension.

You will take on a visible role within a close-knit, high-performing team, working directly with Partners and clients on matters that demand both technical excellence and sound judgment. The role will involve:

  • Advising on a broad range of business crime and investigations matters;
  • Working on complex cross-border cases involving fraud, corruption and financial crime;
  • Engaging with regulators, enforcement agencies and international counsel;
  • Supporting on asset tracing and recovery strategies;
  • Building strong client relationships on sensitive, high-value matters;
  • Contributing to the development and mentoring of junior team members.

You are likely to:

  • Be a Senior Associate with 5+ years’ PQE in business crime, investigations or related disputes work;
  • Have experience in complex, high-value and often international matters;
  • Be confident handling sensitive situations and client relationships;
  • Combine strong technical skills with sound commercial judgment;
  • Be looking to join a specialist team with a strong market reputation and high-quality workflow.
