We are working with a National law firm that is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a law firm risk/compliance professional to grow their expertise in conflicts within a dynamic but supportive environment.

In this newly created role within the Business Acceptance team, reporting to the Business Acceptance Manager, the team plays a vital role in supporting the firm's risk management framework and is responsible for all client and matter onboarding activities. The team works closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure new clients and matters are onboarded efficiently, compliantly and with an excellent client experience.

This position is primarily focused on conflicts of interest and would suit someone with experience in a law firm risk and compliance function, or someone looking to develop a specialism in conflicts.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in conflict management within a commercial law firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and good judgement when balancing risk management with client service.
  • The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative approach.
  • Experience with InTapp would be advantageous but is not essential.
