Senior Associate – IT /Technology Disputes – London

My client is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate with expertise in IT and Technology Disputes to join their highly-rated team.

You will handle complex, high-value Technology matters — from implementation and outsourcing disputes, to AI-related issues — advising corporate clients and tech suppliers, through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Qualities sought:

5 + years\’ PQE in Technology disputes

Strong experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation

Proven ability to deliver commercial, pragmatic advice

Skilled in client relationship management and team leadership

Ideally, multi-jurisdictional experience and exposure to IP or software licensing.
