We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, cloud-based SaaS business operating in the legal tech software sector. The company has grown 10x in three years and continues to grow at pace, making it one of the fastest-growing businesses in its market. Their product is trusted by law firms across the UK and their UK sales team is compact, senior and highly focused.
The role is a new business sales position with full ownership of the sales cycle. You will prospect and develop relationships across key customer groups, manage inbound opportunities, build trusted relationships at all levels within law firms and close new business through consultative, solution-focused selling. You will work closely with sales leadership and report directly into a senior leader in the UK business.
What we’re looking for:
- You will have at least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct exposure to the legal industry.
- Knowledge of selling enterprise level tech software such as legal practice management is a strong advantage.
- You will have a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets and be comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
- The right person for this role will be self-motivated, resourceful and commercially driven.
- You’ll bring strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication and the technical aptitude to become a genuine expert in your product and market.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is required.
This role suits someone who thrives on building relationships rather than transactional selling, wants genuine autonomy in how they work, is motivated by financial reward but leads with purpose and integrity and is looking to accelerate their career in a business with real momentum behind it.
