A leading law firm is looking to hire a proactive and driven innovation manager for a permanent, full-time position.
This is an exciting opportunity to work between the innovation and practice teams, helping lawyers to get the best out of new legal technology and innovation tools
- Main Responsibilities
- Building relationships with clients, lawyers and vendors
- Managing the innovation and AI roadmap and responsible AI governance
- Representing the firm at events and preparing the firm's innovation agenda
- Coaching team members in innovation, AI and legal operations
- Reporting on adoption and return in investment for stakeholders
- Troubleshooting implementation issues and finding solutions to meet the needs of clients and lawyers.
- Diagnosing pain points in legal workflows and identify practical solutions.
- Leading the delivery of AI and innovation initiatives.
Main experience and skills required
- Strong experience of working with workflow platforms, automation and AI tools.
- Change management / process improvement experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Experience of identifying and effectively implementing improvements into practice
- A passion for innovation and experience of driving engagement and adoption.
