A leading law firm is seeking an enthusiastic Innovation Lead to join their legal innovation team on a full‑time basis. The primary focus of this role is to facilitate the adoption of new tools and solutions to elevate legal service delivery within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating strong relationships with lawyers firm‑wide.
- Developing and executing engagement strategies.
- Aligning initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Participating in meetings to provide updates on legal technology advancements.
- Serving as a subject‑matter expert on current and emerging legal tech tools.
- Supporting the implementation and integration of new legal technology.
- Designing and conducting tailored training sessions for lawyers.
- Promoting the adoption of new tools and offering necessary assistance.
- Monitoring and evaluating adoption rates and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Sharing industry insights and best practices.
- Contributing to team objectives and priorities.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Profound knowledge of legal processes and workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
- A genuine enthusiasm for innovation and a history of driving engagement and adoption.
To excel in this role, it is desirable that you have previous experience in legal innovation, a comprehensive understanding of available legal technology tools, as well as strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
