Job Description
A leading provider of legal software solutions is looking to hire an implementation consultant in London. The main purpose of this role is to gather requirements and build end-to-end solutions for clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing integration processes and regularly reviewing documentation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Running customer meetings and workshops.
- Setting up the technical components of appliances and API integrations.
- Building solutions using HighQ collaborate.
- Working closely with the product, support and customer success teams providing a value-add service to customers.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders
- Gathering requirements and mapping customer needs.
Main experience and skills required:
- Network firewalls and proxy servers.
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Microsoft Azure.
- SQL Server and SQL Scripting.
- Implementation experience with HighQ or other legal software.
- APIs
To be successful in this role you need to possess strong communication and relationship building skills. You also need strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn and work with new software.
