Our client's Tax practice advises UK and international clients on business and investment taxation, including corporate, finance, real estate, investment funds, employee incentives, transfer pricing, VAT and tax disputes. The team is now seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax solicitor to advise clients on complex, high-value matters.
Working closely with partners and colleagues, you will take responsibility for matters and where appropriate, lead transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on UK corporate tax matters.
- Leading transactions appropriate to your experience.
- Managing projects and delivering high-quality work on time.
- Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments.
- Building strong client and colleague relationships.
- Taking ownership of your professional development.
You will ideally have:
- 2-6 PQE in Corporate Tax.
- Experience from a top-tier law firm or comparable environment.
- A strong academic background.
- Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills.
