Our client are world leaders who specialise in the production of fresh food products for domestic supermarket chains. They are looking for an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to join the team in London in a hybrid working role. You will be working in a small, collegiate legal team with offices across Europe. As senior legal counsel, you will be expected to manage corporate and commercial matters including M&A, commercial contracts such as MSAs, licensing, framework and distribution arrangements as well as customer/supplier agreements.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer coming from an international or national law firm with some in-house experience. Successful candidates will also be fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
Remuneration: 90,000 – 110,000 + bonus + benefits
