The team acts predominantly for Respondent clients, with particular strength in the public and related sectors. The practice is busy, expanding, and well-regarded, advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including TUPE, complex tribunal litigation, redundancies, equal pay, holiday pay, data protection, and employment policies.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Associate with strong technical knowledge, excellent client handling skills, and the confidence to lead on matters and support junior colleagues. A flair for business development will be important, and you should enjoy building lasting client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.
