A well-established regional law firm is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing Woking team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality residential caseload while contributing to the firm’s expansion in the local market.
The role involves handling a wide range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated residential property matters, with responsibility for files from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will also support business development initiatives and build strong relationships with referrers and professional contacts.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing, be able to manage a busy and varied caseload independently and demonstrate initiative in developing client relationships. Experience bringing a following of work is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to outstanding client service are essential.
