Our international City firm client is looking for a 5+ PQE Associate to join its highly ranked Real Estate Finance practice in London. You will advise leading lenders, sponsors and investors on high-value UK and cross-border real estate finance transactions, alongside a collaborative team which is recognised for its technical excellence and commercial approach.
You will be:
- Advising on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions
- Drafting and negotiating finance documentation, including facility and intercreditor agreements
- Working across a broad range of asset classes, including offices, residential, retail, logistics and hotels
- Supporting the management of complex transactions with partners and colleagues
- Developing specialist expertise while building strong client relationships.
