Our international City firm’s practice is one of the largest and most diverse globally. The firm is currently seeking a 2-4 PQE associate to join in London, to work on high-value, market-leading transactions across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors.
You will advise on a broad range of transactional and projects-related matters, including:
- M&A, structured transactions and equity financings
- Project development and project-related work
- Transactions across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors
- Legal, commercial and strategic aspects of complex projects and investments
- Managing transactions and working collaboratively with partners, colleagues and international teams.
