A well-established law firm with a strong presence is looking to appoint a Managing Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team in Bristol. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Lawyer seeking high-quality work, fantastic client exposure and a leadership role within a growing practice.
The Opportunity:
The role involves advising across a broad range of real estate finance matters, acting for a mix of lenders, borrowers and alternative capital providers. The work is varied and includes investment and development finance, structured transactions and complex funding arrangements. The team also has a strong reputation for handling distressed real estate, restructuring and insolvency-related matters, working closely with lenders, borrowers and external advisers on time-sensitive and high-value situations.
About You:
- 9+ years’ PQE, with a strong background in real estate finance
- Experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers on complex transactions
- Comfortable leading matters and supervising junior Lawyers
- Interested in contributing to business development and team strategy
