Our international City firm client is looking for a 5+ PQE Associate to join its highly ranked Real Estate Finance practice in London.You will advise leading lenders, sponsors and investors on high-value UK and cross-border real estate finance transactions, alongside a collaborative team which is recognised for its technical excellence and commercial approach.You will be:Advising on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactionsDrafting and negotiating finance documentation, including facility and intercreditor agreementsWorking across a broad range of asset classes, including offices, residential, retail, logistics and hotelsSupporting the management of complex transactions with partners and colleaguesDeveloping specialist expertise while building strong client relationships.The top tier team advises on some of the market’s most significant REF transactions, including billion-euro logistics financings, major Build-to-Rent refinancings and complex investment facilities.
