Jameson Legal is working with a highly regarded UK law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join its Projects, Development and Construction team in London.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer to work on major development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects across the UK and internationally. The role has a strong non-contentious focus, with scope to advise on high-value construction, development, and renewable energy projects for a broad client base of developers, funders, investors, and contractors.You’ll be involved in drafting and negotiating complex construction and development agreements, advising on procurement strategies, risk allocation, and all major standard form contracts (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC), as well as bespoke project documentation. Experience in the housing, education, healthcare, or sustainability sectors would be particularly valuable.The successful candidate will have at least six years’ PQE within a respected construction or projects team, strong technical knowledge, and a collaborative, commercial mindset.
