Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious associate, with between 3-5 years’ experience, to join the IP, Technology & Regulatory team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer to work at the crossroads of innovation, regulation and dispute resolution, advising leading businesses in fast-moving sectors such as retail, sport and technology. Working closely with partners and senior colleagues, you will be exposed to high-quality, often high-profile work, supporting clients on complex legal issues which shape brands, products and business models. The team is collaborative, forward-thinking and recognised for delivering clear, strategic advice in challenging and evolving regulatory environments.You will advise clients across a broad range of intellectual property, technology and regulatory matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
