The team regularly acts on significant domestic and international transactions, with a particularly strong track record in the firm’s core sectors.The successful candidate can expect a broad and sophisticated corporate practice, encompassing M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate finance, strategic investments and joint ventures, alongside wider corporate advisory work. There is a significant international dimension to the practice, with the team regularly working alongside colleagues across the firm’s global network on complex cross-border transactions.At 6-7 PQE, the successful candidate will be expected to play a senior role on transactions, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of matters, supervising more junior lawyers and developing strong relationships with clients.
