Jameson Legal is instructed on a new Competition role with one of our city firm clients, to work on a broad spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious matters.Its leading Competition & Antitrust practice advises clients across the full gamut of Competition and Antitrust matters, working on some of the largest cartel investigations, major transactions and complex Competition Litigation cases, as well as advising on abuse of dominance, commercial agreements and compliance issues.The team focuses primarily on UK matters, including CMA and NSIA work and Competition Litigation before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the High Court.
