We are interested in speaking with immediately available Australian and/or New Zealand qualified lawyers based in London who possess between 3-6 years’ PQE specialising in corporate commercial law. An interest in working on an interim or contract basis In House would be highly desirable.
Experience in the following would be ideal:
- Commercial Contracts: contract review and negotiation across a range of agreements to include subscription agreements, licence agreements and vendor contracts
- M&A support: support the assessment, negotiation and post transaction elements of acquisitions
- Compliance: ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering regulations
- Risk management: identifying and mitigating legal risks that could impact the operations, such as reputational risks, regulatory risks, and contractual risks.
