A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a talented U.S. Qualified High Yield Associate (3β5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a market-leading high yield platform, advising sponsors, investment banks, corporates and alternative capital providers on some of the most sophisticated cross-border financing transactions in the market.
The team is consistently involved in complex international mandates spanning high-yield bond offerings, leveraged financings, liability management exercises and broader capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, technically excellent and enjoy working within lean, collaborative deal teams on fast-paced cross-border matters. Fluency in either French or Spanish is essential.
