We are acting for a leading international law firm looking to recruit a Junior Associate into its highly regarded Financial Services Regulation team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to advise banks, asset managers, fintechs, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions on a broad mix of UK and cross-border non-contentious regulatory matters, spanning advisory work, strategic projects and complex transactions.
You will work on a varied practice covering regulatory change, governance, authorisations, product launches, outsourcing, digital assets, payments, AI and other cutting-edge financial regulatory issues, with the opportunity to broaden your experience through exposure to contentious regulatory work if desired.
Applications are welcomed from Lawyers with around 1-2 years' relevant experience gained at a leading law firm or in-house, who are looking to develop their practice within a collaborative, top-tier team advising on sophisticated domestic and international mandates.
