A fast-growing UK law firm are seeking a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a hybrid/100% remote basis. The office itself is based in the East Midlands.
The successful candidate will communicate with clients and estate agents to provide updates, progressing the files to complete. They will be used to working with referrers who have their own targets to hit, and therefore sometimes can be very demanding for exchanges to be done by certain dates.
This role would suit someone not only with relevant experience, but who can work under pressure in a calm and efficient manner. If working 100% remotely, the successful candidate will be the main fee earner responsible for the case load and case handlers working on those files, including achieving targets, training staff, helping them develop their knowledge and skills to progress their careers.
Our client is looking for a well-educated candidate with exceptional IT and communication skills, and prior, solid, and relevant experience gained at a well-known law firm(s). This is not a paralegal role, and only the very best applicants can be considered. As such, the salary offering is highly competitive at this level.
